We would like to thank our community for supporting us as long as you have! Sadly, due to the desperate need for social distancing, we have decided to temporarily closed our studio to help keep our employees and community safe during this high-risk time. What does this mean for customers?
If you have an item to pick up: We will NOT be enforcing our 2-week hold time for finished items right now. We will hold your items securely throughout the shut down. We will be calling all customers as soon as we open back up and giving everyone an additional week once business hours resume to pick up their pottery. If you cannot make it in by the date given, just give us a call back and ask for an extension. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
If you have an item to turn in for firing: Hold onto to it for now. No kiln work will be done during the shut down but as soon as we re-open you are welcome to drop it off for processing, which takes five days. We’ll let you know when you can pick it up.
If you had an event or party booking: If you have not already asked us to hold your deposit for re-booking at a later date, your party or event for late March through early April has been cancelled and refunded.
If you wanted to take advantage of our to-go kits: We will continue to offer to-go kits after re-opening for any compromised customers that aren’t yet ready to come out of quarantine.
